Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on my life. The stories that come to mind always revolve around my husband. He is by far the person who influences me the most. We got together when I was a young girl and through the past 15 years he has brought change and positivity to my life. Together we have grown in Christ and strive to live a Christ oriented lifestyle. He supports my views on wanting to raise our children with sound morals and steadfast values. My husband often strives to be a great role model and is an amazing husband and father which pushes me to be a great wife and mother as well.
My spouse supports me in all my endeavors no matter how crazy they may sound. He is always in my corner rooting for me and ready to catch me if ever I may fall. No matter how high the mountain may seem he is the one cheering me along telling me I can do it. God gave me a friend to keep me on the right path and to walk along with me. No matter the test, I know together we can conquer it.
I suppose this was not so much a story as a compilation of a 15 year marriage. From the very beginning to today he was and is always a constant, no matter how perilous the times seemed at the moment. I have watched as we both grow older, each strengthening our relationships with God. Hand in hand, side by side, I have shaped his life just as much as he has mine. It is, amazing to think of the tasks we have conquered and what life still may have to bring. Regardless of what life has in store, I know one thing for sure. My husband will be by my side, and God at the center of our lives.

Who Influenced Me? Let Me Introduce You to the Real Architect.
You want to know who influenced me?
Was it a Nobel laureate? A billionaire tech guru? Some philosopher with a beard that touches his chest and a voice like slow-brewed wisdom?
Nope.
It was my mother.
A woman with no entourage, no TED Talk, and no merchandise line — just an unshakable ability to love me even when I was a spectacular disaster of a human being.
She didn’t publish books. She published rules on the fridge.
She didn’t attend Davos. She attended parent-teacher conferences armed with a thermos and terrifying eye contact.
She didn’t raise capital. She raised me, and frankly, that was the riskier investment.
Yes, I’ve been influenced by many — authors, mentors, great thinkers, even the occasional barista who spelled my name with philosophical flair — but no one, and I mean no one, has shaped me more than my mother.
Her influence wasn’t about success. It was about substance.
She taught me that love is not a reward for perfection — it’s the launchpad from which flawed people try again. That may not trend on Twitter, but it built a life.
So if you want to know who really made me who I am?
Forget the podcasts. Forget the self-help shelves.
My mother was the original algorithm — and she had no off switch.
