Self-improvement

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

What is one small improvement I can make in my life? Exercising, I am certain this will be a redundant answer but nonetheless factual. After three kids and my weight yo-yoing with each pregnancy, exercise is always a task to be completed. Some weeks I knock it out of the park, others I barely do more than my 9-5. When I exercise I feel better and am happier with myself. However, this is still not enough to motivate me on those particularly hard days. This time will be different, this time I will stay consistent. I am determined to lose the weight as a result of my last pregnancy. I will not give up even if I stumble. That concludes the small improvement I can make in my life.
