I love being in your presence
The only time this world makes sense.


I see the devil’s deeds down every avenue
Looking to include

the next name in his list
Another one that went amiss
And didn’t listen to God’s promises

My favorite spot is in Your presence,
the only time this world makes sense.

So many aspects of the world hurts today
How do people make it without calling on Your name?

The wicked ones will not prevail
Read Revelations, there’s a story to tell.

I know Father, You’ll make it right
But for now I must continue to fight the good fight.

In your presence Lord the only place to be
to find love, comfort and understanding.

Thank you Father for your grace
and always saving me a place.
