No Fault

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 shields vaccine manufacturers from financial liability for vaccine injury claims, aiming to ensure a stable vaccine supply and provide a cost-effective way to compensate those injured by vaccines. Signed into law by President Ronald Reagan on November 14, 1986, this act created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), a no-fault alternative to traditional lawsuits. The program allows individuals to file claims for vaccine-related injuries or deaths and receive compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

This no fault system takes the blame from doctors and hospitals, essentially ripping justice from children and parents. Can you imagine someone harming your child and being told one of only a few things you can do is file a complaint with the vaccine court? Shouldn’t the fact that doctors gave zero accountability be alarming. A child can die minutes from receiving  a vaccine and there would still be no fault. What a terrible miss justice in a country that talks so highly about justice and our legal systems. These people are getting away with child abuse and murder while labeling it as “the best choice” for your child. Convincing parents that this is the only way through fear tactics and false data. Americans need a wake up call. A wake up call to the theatrics and facades performed by those in the spotlight.

Who carries the financial, physical and emotional demands of vaccine injured children? The parents of course. How is it fair to these parents for doctors to harm their children then be covered by the law of no fault. How is it fair to these parents who are forced to live with the reality of choosing to vaccinate and now can not reverse the effects? How is it fair to inject poison into our children and get paid very well to do it?  None of the childhood vaccines were tested against an inert placebo or against an unvaxxed control. None were tested in sequence of the CDC schedule. How can such a huge oversight happen in America? Because too many people are worried about getting rich instead of helping people. The sick care industry is a multitude dollar industry ruled by fear tactics and false information. A system used against Americans to manipulate and control the population. We need a change and we need a change now.
