ADHD

ADHD
What does that even mean?
It mean I have scribbles in my brain and a need
for a constant stimuli
just to get bye.

Sometimes I struggle to read
and understand the entirety.
This frustrates me
because I can read
faster than a cheetah’s speed.

I try hard to follow rules set in place
Most of the time, when I don’t this is by mistake.

An understanding approach is the best way to correct.
Your words and actions become part of my intellect.

I thrive off routine and knowing what to expect.
I love hands-on learning and ways to connect.

Music can make me feel great
It can even help me concentrate.

I can hyper focus on a task for hours.
Average people don’t have that super power.

I can go on if you like
And did you know I collect knives?

I can multi-task like a pro
Sometimes I do it just for show.
Music playing, tv running, Legos in front of me and here I am on my phone.

Problem solving is my hobby
If you got a problem there is a solution indeed
Give me a few minutes and I will give you three.

My creativity flows like lava
One day it had my mamma making baklava

Blessed her heart
Even from the start
I have kept her on her toes
What I will think of next, she never knows.

I have a heart as big the ocean
But so are my emotions

There is not much difference between you and me.
Other than I have a few super powers that make me, UNIQUE
