The first time I layed eyes on you I thought something was genetically wrong. You faced dropped and your eyes looked not quite right. Despite all this we still chose you because Dad said you were perfect. We prayed before leaving that day, for God to bless us with the perfect addition to our family.

We drive several hours away, further than we had ever traveled before. The ride, while long, was filled with excitement anticipation. Dad hopped out of the vehicle first and done all the talking. A few moments later you were brought close to meet us for the first time. I was happy to see that you no longer looked like you had a droopy face, but boy was you big! 12 weeks old and you were already a whooping 20 lbs. Black and white fluffy hair covered your body and your belly barley missed the ground when you walked. You were the cutest fluffy ball I had ever seen. We all feel instantly in love and brought you home to be our forever dog!
